What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your order via Credit Card or Debit Card. We do not accept payment by cash, cash on delivery, or check. We reserve the right to change the payment methods used, eliminate obsolete ones, or introduce new ones. To see the latest information, please read our terms and conditions.
How is my payment processed?
We try to offer the best possible service to our customers. As soon as you place an order on Brembostore, we will begin processing the order. The money will be deducted from your selected payment method as soon as we allocate the goods to the warehouse and begin packaging the shipment. Before that time, no capture will occur on your payment method. However, your credit may be temporarily blocked, depending on the conditions of the payment method you have selected.
Are cash, checks, or bank transfers accepted as payment methods?
We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, or bank transfers. If you want to connect the payment to your current account, you can alternatively use PayPal.
Can I use different payment methods for the same order?
No, it is not possible to use different payment methods for the same order. You can only select one method during payment.
Is there a possibility of paying in installments?
No, there is no possibility of paying in installments. Payment methods are constantly updated. The list available at checkout is exhaustive, but new ones may be added.
When is my order refunded if I return some parts?
If you return an item to Brembostore, we will provide a refund for that amount (shipping costs excluded) after 5 business days following the processing of the return.
